Entrepreneurial and driven Senior Executive with more than 30 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure industry, covering India and South Asia. Facilitator and builder of distribution channels in legacy and emerging technologies, with speciality in both startups and scaled growth stages.

As the Group Managing Director of Inflow Technologies, I am responsible for organisational strategy, resource management & drive action around team, partners & financials. Along with the core management team, I conceived Inflow Technologies' business plan, raised equity funding and conceptualized the business model, processes, practices, and Go-To-Market plan of the company.

Prior to Inflow, I founded Select Technologies Ltd., which established itself as a market leader in Information Security Distribution Business and SME focused Networking products space by establishing "ace" as a leading Networking product brand in India. In November 2003, WeP Peripherals Ltd. (formerly known as Wipro ePeripherals Ltd) acquired Select Technologies and I continued as the President till March 2005. I was also involved in PowerTel Boca Limited as GM – Sales & Marketing, a start-up which established itself as the number one modem company in the country before being acquired by Citrix Systems. I started my career in HCL Kolkata, and then moved to Godrej to run their printer business in the East, through channels.

Currently Mohapatra is Director in Scalare Technology Pte Ltd, a private equity investing firm in the field of technology sector. An enthusiast of keeping healthy lifestyle.

Having a rich experience of over 3 decades in sales & marketing Ram has been responsible as a business in charge of a leading German multinational in various parts of India, mainly dealing in Respiratory & Gynaecology products of Boehringer Ingelheim, Schering AG, & Asta Medica AG.

He has been involved on regular assignment of Training and development of new sales force. He is currently heading the Business Development of Scalare Pharma, Singapore.

With an extensive experience of 3 decades in sales, marketing and Training with India’s leading pharmaceutical companies Dr Ramesh was heading national sales and marketing of Sun Pharma’s Gynaecology and Neuro-psychiatry divisions.

Dr M Ramesh Kumar is a Gold Medallist in Zoology, with Doctorate in Marketing Management. As marketing research consultant, he is known for bringing in newer molecules in medical food category and has several new to his list. Currently, Dr M Ramesh Kumar is associated with Scalare Pharma, Singapore as Head- Marketing.
